What Is The Zonolite Attic Insulation Trust?
The Zonolite Attic Insulation Trust (ZAI Trust) was created through the W.R. Grace settlement to partially reimburse property owners who remove or contain Zonolite brand vermiculite, the asbestos-contaminated insulation mined in Libby, Montana and installed in millions of homes.
The Trust reimburses a percentage of eligible removal costs up to a set maximum.
